STEP 1
Register and complete a health screening at a computer kiosk
Check in with a technician who will set up the right treatment for your wellness needs
if necessary, change in our changing rooms
STEP 2
A technician Provides a tour of the facility & the wellness modalities
Put on cryo kit, including head-wear, mask, gloves, footwear
A technician records skin temperature, assess attire & monitors experience
STEP 3
After your 2-3 min treatment, a technician will record your skin temperature & discuss results
Move on to the exercise area & warm up for 5-10 minutes
