WOW such a wonderful place and staff. They have the NOVOThor which is a whole-body photobiomodulation, in other terms a bunch of led lighs that can penetrate your skin to relieve soreness and improve physical performance. I have been able to double my workouts after going into this bed for 12 minutes just for a few times.
I want to give a shout out to the cryo staff……. not only are they all incredibly fun, they are knowledgeable on each of their services. I have a lot of “overuse” injuries from years of training & the staff at Cryo, have never steered me wrong. I’m not good at cold; so they had me try the novothor bed… I instantly felt relief after one treatment, with my joint pain & bursitis pain. Not to mention the benefit of how great my face felt after the lightstim facial after the novothor.
Love this place!!! First, if you are working out cryotherapy is God sent. I feel I recover so much faster and able to do more at the gym when I am regular doing cryo. Second, I have a kid in elementary school, everyone in my family had some kind of cold/flu several times during the past year EXCEPT me. The only difference in my routine from last year is adding cryo a couple of times a week.
